Wind and rain dissolve the minerals, which then enrich the lowland soil, which rests and gains strength for four years. Maca has an amazing ability to

It contains many trace elements (iron, calcium, copper, zinc, magnesium, potassium, sodium and iodine), vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C and E), a large quantity of amino acids, glycosides, sterols, tannins,
