Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Energy Products UK website, which is owned and operated by Formulation Excellence Research and Technology Ltd (“FERT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights under UK law and how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

2. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your products.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email to info@energyproducts.uk) before the 14-day period ends.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used supplements.

  • Products where the seal has been broken.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the product you receive is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@energyproducts.uk. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charges you paid.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned products, provided they meet the conditions above.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

  • If you paid using Klarna or another third-party payment provider, your refund will be handled through them.

6. International Returns

For orders delivered outside the UK:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees.

  • If customs fees are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the product price minus any costs we incur.
