We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years of age.
Are providing accurate and complete information.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT.

A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.

International Delivery

Shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Customs and Import Duties
For orders delivered outside the UK, additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

General Terms

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs checks, third-party couriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
You will receive confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Payment

Klarna and Other Payment Providers
If you choose to pay with Klarna or another third-party financing option, your agreement is directly with that provider. We are not responsible for any issues relating to your credit arrangement, including fees, interest, or missed payments. Payment must be authorised in full before your order can be dispatched.

7. Consumer Rights – Cancellations & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Products, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you wish to cancel:

Notify us by email at info@energyproducts.uk.
Return the Products within 14 days of cancellation at your own cost.
Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned Products (or proof of return).

We may deduct from your refund any reduction in value if the Products have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

8. Faulty or Defective Products

If your Product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
