Mongolian milkvetch (Astragalus membranaceus) is an effective adaptogen and may eliminate fatigue, increase energy and strengthen natural resilience and the immune system. Extract of Adlay seeds 90%, extract of the Astralagus root 10%.

Dissolve the powder in about 2dl of hot or cold water and drink it with food. It is best served as a hot drink with your breakfast. The recommended daily dose is 4g (1 teaspoon) 1× per day. Children aged 3 or older take half the dose. The drink can be enjoyed on a long-term basis.
