Extract of Hericium erinaceus (lion’s mane mushroom), extract of Pleurotus ostreatus (oyster mushroom), extract of ‎Taraxacum officinale (root; dandelion), extract of Valeriana officinalis (valerian).

1 capsule 3x per day. Take the capsules for 3 weeks, then take a 1-week break. Increase your liquid intake while taking this product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
