Extract of Chaga mushroom, Enoki - Velvet foot mushroom, Almond mushroom, Sweet fennel fruit, Sweet sagewort stem/leaf, Soursop fruit, vegetarian (hypromellose) capsule shell.

1 capsule 3x per day. Take the capsules for 3 weeks, then take a 1-week break. Increase your liquid intake while taking this product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
